Why did MySpace fail?
When it comes to social media, there are always new platforms emerging and old ones falling by the wayside. MySpace was once the reigning king of social media, but it eventually lost its throne to newer, more user-friendly platforms like Facebook and Twitter. So what went wrong?
In a nutshell, MySpace failed to keep up with the times. It was slow to adopt new features and changes, and as a result, it became increasingly irrelevant. users flock to platforms that are constantly innovating, and MySpace simply couldn't compete. In the end, it was a case of out with the old and in with the new. Other than it stop being innovative, MySpace management spent too much money on frivolous things that didn’t return profit and was bombarded with lawsuits.
